Take I-65 south across the Ohio. Take the first exit to Jefferson St, exit 136-C. Go two blocks and turn left onto Second St. Go three blocks and turn left onto Chestnut St. The Old Medical School is the last building on the left before First St.

Take I-65 north to downtown Louisville. Take the 136-B exit to Brook St. Go one block and turn left onto Muhammad Ali Blvd. Go two blocks and turn left onto Second St. Go one block and turn left onto Chestnut St. The Old Medical School is the last building on the left before First St.
From Lexington:
