Evening Rental Rates: 1
- You may choose your own caterer, including family and friends
- Included in the rental fee are: dance floor (Walnut Room only), tables, chairs, set-up, parking (after 5:30 & on weekends), and security.
- You have eight consecutive hours to use our facility the day of your event.
- For an add'l $400 with your Saturday reservation, you may also have eight consecutive hours to utilize on Friday for extra decorating time and/or to host your rehersal dinner here as well.
- We also offer rental of decorating items (see images) such as:
· Votive candle holder and candle (50¢ ea)
· Small vases for fresh or silk flowers (50¢ ea)
· 14" round mirror table toppers ($1 ea)
· 10" round glass bowls for floating candles or flowers ($1 ea)

Business Rental Rates: 1
- These rates apply Monday through Friday before 5pm.
- Hourly rental requires a two-hour minimum.
- Included in the rental fee are: set up, video screen, and clean up.
- Lessee will be responsible for the parking fees their event incurs.
- A/V equipment available at an additional charge.
